Coverage
We offer free standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is available on request.
Processing time
In-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated transit times are listed on each product page and range from 2 to 14 business days depending on size and delivery method.
Delivery methods
Most sofas ship via parcel carrier to your door. Larger items such as sectionals and leather Chesterfields ship via white-glove freight delivery, which includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Damaged shipments
Please inspect your delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos. We will ship replacement parts or a replacement item at no cost.
